Need help signing in?

Use Sign in to access your account with the method you used to register. For email verification, check your inbox and spam folder, then use the verification option shown on the sign-in page. Never share your password, verification link, or login code.

How can I generate an image?

The studio currently uses GPT Image 2 through APIMart (gpt-image-2-official). Sign in with sufficient credits, enter a text prompt, and choose from 15 fixed aspect ratios including square, landscape, portrait, and ultrawide formats, with low, medium, or high quality. See the studio for all aspect-ratio options. Each request creates one 1K image and currently uses 2 internal credits. Generation is asynchronous; check the task status for the result. Reference-image input, image-to-image, and mask editing are not available in the current studio. Aurora integration remains a plan and is not the current model.

Where can I check payments and credits?

After signing in, view your payment history and credit balance and activity. Aurora Red offers one-time credit packs with no subscription or automatic renewal. The pricing page shows current prices and checkout availability.

For a payment question or refund request, email support@aurora.app with the order number, purchase date, amount, currency, and payment status. Do not share a full card number or security code. Purchase availability is shown on the pricing page and checkout. A credit purchase does not promise access to a future Aurora model.

How do I use a prompt or report a source issue?

Open an entry in Explore to read its full prompt, author credit, original link, and image notes. You can copy the text into the studio and save a prompt in your browser. Community examples show the source creator's work; they do not guarantee the same output or permission for commercial reuse.

For a correction or copyright concern, email support@aurora.app with the Aurora Red entry link or entry number, the original source URL, a description of the issue, and any information showing your rights or authority to act. See our Terms of Service for content rights.

How can I manage my data and browser storage?

Google Analytics loads by default to measure website traffic and use. You can use browser controls or extensions to block analytics requests or cookies. You can also remove locally saved prompts in the studio or clear your browser storage. These actions do not delete server-side account data, payment records, tasks, or stored images, or data already sent to Google.

For a data access, correction, or deletion request, email support@aurora.app identifying the account and the type of data involved; avoid including identity documents or sensitive information in an initial request. Opening an email link does not send the request or perform account deletion; send the message from your email app. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and public image-link details.
